clayton
I can really feel your passion in living 7-habits principles. Keep it up, cheers!!!
I'm using 7-Habits language at home as my son has attended 7-Habits for Effective Teens in Dec 2009. In so easy to get his buy-in rather than go into directive mode.

I think all leaders / managers should ask himslef / herselfs this question: Isn't personal effectiveness contributes to organizational effectiveness? Personal victory precedes public victory as mentioned by Dr Stephen covey.

Hey Choong Fu, it isn't motivation or marketing. It's fundamentals on Principles and Habits which gives you a paradigm shift. Very key to effectiveness.

Hey!

My house mate was just talking about this book. Apparently she is taking a course unit on this 7 habits. Means that the whole duration of her unit, her program is about the 7 habits. And it's a marketing program, about motivation or something like that.

And great to hear that you facilitated it, way to go. I shall read the book one day too. =)
